Screen Printing on Fabric

About us

In this workshop you will be introduced to textile screen printing using paper cut stencils and water-based textile inks. You will learn how to screen print onto cotton creating colour stencil designs. You will be given a piece of cotton measuring 30cm X 100cm to print onto. The tutor will demonstrate the technique of screen printing, colour mixing, repeat printing and how to heat seal your printed fabric using a heat press once completed.

Please bring you own apron or old clothes/T-shirt to wear whilst printing. All specialist textile screen printing equipment and materials will be provided on the day.

This course is for beginners, no printing or drawings experience needed. This workshop will be informative and fun!
