Calm Down Dear is a podcast all about, quite simply, enthusiasm. Friends and broadcasters Sarah Gosling and Becky Hand are joined every week by one guest known for their enthusiasm to chat about what's gotten them enthused over the past week in culture, work, and life in general, and who inspired them to be this way.
Folk and blues duo Ferris and Sylvester are a London based band who are about to set out on both a US and U.K. tour. They won the Emerging Artist of the Year 2020 at the U.K. Americana Awards, and have glowing reviews from Rolling Stone, The Guardian, Mojo and many others.
Plymouth based comedian Suzy Bennett has supported Russell Kane and Jimmy Carr and is a regular on BBC Radio Devon. She's currently one of the tour guides for Plymouth Comedy Tours and is former winner of the Funny Women Awards.
