About us

We’ve lovingly restored a truly stunning Grade II listed building in the historic Royal William Yard in Plymouth. We’ve taken the time, care and attention to use traditional craftsmen and building methods to bring the house back to its former glory, full of Georgian features.

Our collection of 14 stylish, simply appointed bedrooms are filled with periodic architectural charm and are the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring the stunning area. Our rooms are located just across the green from our bistrot where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner during your stay.

Each room contains a luxury Sealy bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, goose feather and down pillows and duck feather and down duvets and of course you can expect all the modern comforts: free Wi-Fi, a large wall mounted Freeview TV and coffee and tea making facilities. Our rooms also come an en-suite bathroom containing luxury toiletries and a power shower.

Our Rooms are located across the green from our bistrot where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner during your stay. Our relaxed and friendly bistrot, located in the New Cooperage building, serves great-value French cooking & seasonal menus. It also has a bar area if you fancy a drink or quick bite to eat during your stay.
