Christmas Market  

Plymouth's Christmas Market has returned for another year and it’s better than ever. A browse around the stalls is a wonderful way to get into the festive spirit! Filled with delicious festive food and drink, the market has everything from a Hog Roast and a Christmas Tree Swing Grill to Churros and a World of Cheese. There’s no need to go thirsty either, find the perfect drink to pair with your food at the Bavarian bar!  

Enchanting log cabins are home to local traders, offering handcrafted goods and locally made treats. Whether you are after artisan beverages, personalised decorations, jewellery or more, you will be sure to be able to find the perfect Christmas present. Whilst you are there, be sure to check out the live entertainment. There will be everything from jazz bands, school choirs, stilt-walkers and more to bring the festive magic to life!  

There is no better place to soak up the Christmas atmosphere than at a Christmas market, so make sure to check out Plymouth’s between 28 November and 15 December!

   

    

Christmas lights  

Stroll around the City Centre and take in the twinkling lights around the streets. The stunning illuminations are not something to miss, especially the life-size bauble at the entrance of the Christmas market!

Food and drink  

If you are looking for a way to warm up on a cold winter’s day, what better way than with a hearty meal with a festive twist? Las Iguanas are bringing the heat this winter with their vibrant Southern American food and drink. Their delicious festive set menu includes mouth-watering options like Pigs Will Fly and Grinch Chimichanga, and it even comes with a complimentary Christmas cocktail (or mocktail!) to get you in the holiday spirit.

Panto at Theatre Royal Plymouth  

For the ultimate festive entertainment one evening, head to The Theatre Royal Plymouth, the UK’s largest and best-attended regional theatre. This Christmas, The Theatre Royal is bringing the classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to life in true Panto style!  

Packed with humour, fabulous numbers, and incredible costumes, this lively pantomime is a fantastic way to get the whole family involved. This year’s star-studded cast includes Birds of a Feather star Lesley Joseph, Barrister Rob Rinder, Andy Ford and more!
