The Commitments at Theatre Royal Plymouth

If you are quick you might be able to pick up a last minute ticket for The Commitments at Theatre Royal Plymouth, a fantastically feel good celebration of soul. Returning to tour the UK and Ireland 5 years after a phenomenally successful, record-breaking run-in London’s West End and subsequent sell-out tour. The Commitments is based on the BAFTA award-winning film classic.

Live music returns to The Box today with the polished sounds of Rue and Jake Galvin.

Catch the big blockbusters on the big screen

There’s nothing like seeing a blockbuster on the big screens at Cineworld located in the Barcode the heart of the city centre,  with a choice of 12 screens, a huge IMAX screen that will give you the most immersive cinema experience that will truly blow you away or try the 4DX screen the most exhilarating way to watch a film.

Plymouth is easily accessible by train with a wide range of services running from a variety of locations within England. Although some services may require a change or two.

Travelling from London takes around 3 hours with Great Western Railway, if you're coming from the north, the trip from Manchester can take 5 hours 15 minutes.
