Adopt a Seat
Adopt a Seat could make an extra special gift this festive season.
It’s also a great way to celebrate the enjoyment of the theatre. Simply pick a seat from the Lyric auditorium and add your own personal message on to it.
You can choose to buy a plaque for two years or five years. Here’s a rundown of what your loved one can get:
- Choose their favourite seat in the auditorium.
- Your dedication to them will be inscribed on a plaque for the back of the chosen seat.
- They’ll get a commemorative certificate.
- They’ll be invited to ‘meet their seat’ for the perfect photo opportunity.
- At the end of the two or five years, they’ll have first refusal on renewing the chosen seat.

Theatre Royal Plymouth Gift Vouchers
TRP gift vouchers are also a great gift idea, if you simply can’t pick just one of our wonderful gift ideas to treat your loved one to. Vouchers can be used to purchase show tickets but can also be used towards TRP Memberships or events and workshops.
They can be used in part or whole and are redeemable when booking online or via the phone.

For physical gift vouchers, please call the Box Office between 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday or visit in-person from 10am to 2pm Monday to Saturday.
Plymouth is easily accessible by train with a wide range of services running from a variety of locations within England. Although some services may require a change or two.
Travelling from London takes around 3 hours with Great Western Railway, if you're coming from the north, the trip from Manchester can take 5 hours 15 minutes.
