Dust off your dancing shoes for Disco Fever

5 March at The Custom House Ballroom

Disco Fever is here, on the 5th March 2022 in the breath-taking Custom House ballroom, right at the heart of the Barbican. Heyday Events will be bringing you all the classic Disco tunes to get your feet Jive talkin' and your soul smoothly shaking.


So break out the bell-bottoms, put on your boogie shoes and follow the call of the disco ball. As we will immerse you in a night of Chaka Khan, Chic, The Bee Gees, Rick James, and many more. The Heyday DJs will spinning all the greatest Disco records to keep your feet glued to the dancefloor and your finger pointed high in the air.

Have you got your tickets for 1 Big Summer?

1 Big Summer will bring three days of entertainment to the Plymouth Hoe. Each day has been curated to appeal to a plethora of musical tastes, genres and audiences, ensuring there really is something for everyone. The event takes place on the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend from Thursday 2 to Saturday 4 June 2022 and will see one of the biggest line ups ever assembled descend on to Plymouth Hoe for three jam packed days!

New exhibition at The Box – Another Crossing

Just opened at The Box, on until 5 June, Another Crossing is an exhibition bringing together contemporary artists and traditional craft as part of our ongoing Mayflower 400 commemorations.

Each artist has created work in response to the Mayflower anniversary, utilising only tools, materials and processes that existed in 1620. It's a concept that highlights the sophistication of historic craft practices like beadwork, joinery, metalsmithing, leatherwork and pottery.

Plymouth is easily accessible by train with a wide range of services running from a variety of locations within England. Although some services may require a change or two.
