Looking for something fun to do this bank holiday weekend? We’ve hand-picked five great things that you can enjoy in Plymouth this week!

Get a bagel breakfast

Having very quickly established itself as the go-to weekend breakfast spot, grab yourself a bagel from the Hutong Café just outside Royal William Yard. We love the Salt Beef bagel – a perfect weekend treat.

Don’t forget to grab yourself a delicious coffee to go with it too.

See the Sea

The weather may be looking a bit drizzly, but in between the drops of liquid sunshine get out and see the sea, we love this walk along the Hoe foreshore.

Cuddle some micro-pigs

Just on the outskirts of Plymouth, Pennywell Farm has reopened, meaning you can now book your tickets to visit to explore the farm and meet all of the animals.

If you’re as excited as we are about cuddling micro-pigs don’t forget to bring your own blanket to snuggle them in.

Enjoy a drink (or two)

A bank holiday weekend isn’t complete without a few drinks to celebrate. Finding somewhere with cover and heaters is a big hit with us and the courtyard at Bonne Sante provides just that, along with tasty cocktails and food.

Book a table for dinner, or drinks and enjoy one or two – but please remember to follow the rules and only meet in groups of 6 or 2 households.

Get summer ready

With the sunshine of this week starting to make us feel like summer could be around the corner hit the shops and get yourself summer ready. We love Drake Circus for big brand names like Hugo Boss, Fat Face and Joules.
