Copthorne Hotel, in the heart of Plymouth

Have you seen how much the Copthorne Plymouth has changed recently? This year we redesigned and completely refurbished our hotel lobby, restaurant and bar, with further upgrade plans in the pipeline for 2019. Following on from the refurbishment works we have seen a steady increase in the number of guests dining in our Restaurant, and received some fantastic feedback as a result.

If treating yourself to a buffet style breakfast in the City Centre sounds like a good idea then why not pop into our restaurant 50 Degrees North. We are open to non-residents for both breakfast and dinner, with our popular continental buffet breakfast available at just £5 per person.

Here at the Copthorne we are eagerly awaiting the opening of The Box in 2020, this is one of Plymouth's most exciting projects and will no doubt become a very successful attraction in Plymouth.
