About us
After making a splash in Penzance last year, Rude Health is taking their Summer Soaker event on tour. From Salford Quays in Manchester to Tinside Lido in Plymouth, Rude Health will be inviting up-for-lifers to dive in, without dipping a toe in first.
With exclusive early morning access to the pools, inclusive yoga taster sessions and a free Rude Health breakfast buffet, these Summer Soaker events are not to be missed. Guests are encouraged to don their brightest swimwear and join in the celebrations with their local community.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
SWIM / Rise and salt-water shine with exclusive access to the lidos before they open to the public. As well as take them or leave them water games.
YOGA / A Dip in, dip out yoga class. Start your morning with mountain pose and the rest of the day is your own.
