About us

Phoenix Chorale is a friendly SATB choir with about 40 members. We rehearse in St Peter's Church in Wyndham Square, Plymouth on Monday evenings, and we are having an open rehearsal on Monday 5th September for anyone who would like to come and sing with us for the evening and meet the choir. There will be tea/coffee and cake from 7pm, followed by a rehearsal from about 7:45pm. There is no charge for the evening and anyone is very welcome to come and join us.
This term we will be working on a wide range of music from Handel's Hallelujah Chorus and two of his coronation anthems, to Mack Wilberg's arrangement of Ding Dong Merrily on High, John Gardner's Tomorrow shall be my dancing day and Eric Whitacre's Glow.
