The West End Carnival will have a whole host of food, goodies and creative activities for you to enjoy.  If you are looking to trade at this year's event, head to the exhibit section.

Pricing and Application

For Plymouth City Centre BID members, there is no charge to book a stand. Apply for a member pitch

For non-members, there will be a charge of £60 per pitch. Apply for a non-member pitch

All applications need to be returned by Friday 26 July 2024 and places will be allocated thereafter.

Terms and Conditions

Traders will be allocated a standard 3m x 3m space unless specified otherwise, but there will be no power supply via electrical connection unless agreed with the lead officer. Please note that all traders will need to provide their own gazebo, table and chairs.

Traders will be positioned on arrival however you will be located in the west end area.

No vehicles will be allowed to stay on site.
