Easter excitement at Drake Circus

Drake Circus Shopping Centre has confirmed its opening hours for the Easter weekend and announced a range of activities and deals to keep the kids entertained during the school holidays.
From having a day out to play a round of mini golf or enjoy 10-pin bowling, to picking up a crafting kit or booking in a family Sunday lunch – there are plenty of ways to make the most of the long weekend and beyond.
From Friday 29 March until Monday 1 April the centre’s shopping hours will be:
- Friday 29 March: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday 30 March: 9am - 6pm
- Sunday 31 March: Closed
- Monday 1 April: 10am - 5pm
Opening hours at The Barcode and individual retailers within Drake Circus will vary. Customers are advised to check with specific venues before setting off to avoid disappointment.
Greg Lumley, centre director at Drake Circus and The Barcode, said: “We know many people will be looking for ways to spend quality time with loved ones during the Easter break, and with a number of fun activities, great places to eat and drink and our range of stores, there are endless possibilities at the centre.”

Games night
For Easter holiday fun, visitors to the centre can head to Boom Battle Bar to challenge friends and family to VR axe throwing, shuffleboard and karaoke. If you make a day of it and visit Cineworld too, you can receive 15% off games Sun – Thurs* by present a valid cinema ticket from the same day.
Paradise Island Adventure Golf is the perfect spot to journey through 18 jungle-themed holes of golf, with a host of Easter offers including purchase one round and get 50% off your second, as well as a discounted family of four ticket (two adults two under 16’s) also available.
Easter crafting
From ready-made Easter egg hunt signs and clues to DIY trails, Flying Tiger has everything visitors need to make the most of the tradition this year. The store also has make-your-own games and huggable soft bunnies which, along with The Entertainer’s range of Hot Wheels, Barbie and Paw Patrol toys, can keep kids entertained the entire Easter break.
Food for celebrating
Drake Circus and The Barcode has plenty of food and drink spots available, including newly opened Franco Manca with its unique range of sourdough pizzas and delicious pasta dishes.
While Yo! Sushi has brought back its kids-eat-free menu during the holidays when with a full-paying adult, giving them the chance to create their own bento box for lunch or dinner.
