About us
The Boathouse, Plymouth, is a quayside seafood restaurant and bar situated on the Mayflower Steps, just a stone's throw from the City’s historic Barbican. Our speciality is the freshest fish and shellfish, caught by our own day boats, along with a selection of meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes - all made using locally sourced, seasonal produce.
Our specials menu is always changing based on what's in season and what’s available from the fishing boats. We never know what we’ll catch from squid, crab and lobster to mackerel, sea bass, gurnard, whiting and more.
Open all day from breakfast to evening dining, our terrace and retractable roof means you can dine al fresco on warmer days, while taking in the fabulous waterfront views.
