The seven bay coach station is run by National Express and serves all scheduled city-to-city long distance services such as National Express, Megabus and the South West Falcon. ​

There is an 89-space car park with blue badge holder bays, and drop off and pick up taxi/private hire bays. The site can be accessed by car from Mayflower Street and on foot by Armada Way.

Pick up and drop off locations are provided at:

Derry’s Cross Roundabout - PL1 1EU

• Maximum waiting time 15 minutes
• Two coach bays with large waiting shelters and accessible seating
• Hatched area for continental coach passengers using the off-side door

Mayflower Steps, PL1 2LR

• Maximum waiting time 15 minutes
• Single on road coach bay

The Barbican, Lambhay Hill coach parking area

• 3- bay coach parking area at the foot of Lambhay Hill with 2- hour maximum stay payable by cash or card at the machine

Millbay Docks, PL1 3EW

• Coaches can pick up Cruise Liner passengers from Millbay Docks if they are meeting a Cruise Liner.

Plymouth Coach Station, PL1 1HZ

Designed for long distance scheduled services but visiting coaches can be accommodated by contacting National Express in advance.

Coach layovers / parking / driver facilities

Coach parking and driver facilities are located at:

Plymouth Pavilions, Millbay Road, Plymouth PL1 3LF

Visiting coaches will need to email the Pavilions at pp-security@plymouthpavilions.com with the date of stay and a booking name.

Costs are as follows:

• day parking (9am to 6pm) - £20
• night parking (6pm to 9am) - £25

Stagecoach South West, The Ride, Plymouth PL9 7JT

The charges for coach parking at the Stagecoach depot depend on the services required. Costs are as follows:

• 24 hour parking - £40
• 12 hour parking - £25
• Wash - £30
• Toilet drop - £20
• 24 hour parking, wash and toilet drop - £75
• 24 hour parking and wash - £60
• 24 hour parking and toilet drop - £50

Remember the following when using this facility:

• high viz jackets/vests are to be worn whilst in the Stagecoach Depot, vehicle movement area
• vehicle keys must be left with Stagecoach Control staff (mandatory)
• smoking only in the permitted designated smoking area
• vehicles must only be parked where indicated by Stagecoach Control staff
• vehicles must not block, obstruct or hinder the movement of vehicles within the depot
