Customer service training that delivers results
Who is it for?
This one day course covers the latest thinking about delivering exceptional service and building a long term relationship with customers. It is designed for front facing staff who work in the tourism, hospitality, leisure, travel and transport sectors.
Participants will learn what it means to be an ambassador for your business and what it takes to retain customers for life.
More than just a training course
Participants are provided with a support guide full of practical hints and tips and those successfully completing the training receive Welcome to Excellence lapel badges and an attendance certificate.
Welcome Host Gold is accredited nationally and there is an option to gain a City and Guilds Level 2 Award through taking a multiple choice question paper at the end of the training day (an extra fee applies).
We provide on-going guidance and all of the administrative support services you will need.
Flexible options
The Welcome Host Gold programme is available on a national basis and run on an in-house or open basis. We can also train members of your own team to the deliver courses. Content can be adapted and tailored to suit your individual business.

Costs
Payment includes the Welcome host Gold training at £10 plus £25 for the C&G certificate and registration fees.
