The Craft House

About us

The Craft House is an independent hotel with licensed bar stocking wines, regional spirits and local craft beers. Located a stones throw from the sea and 5 minutes from Plymouth city centre with the majority of Plymouths top rated restaurants within walking distance of The Craft House makes it a great base for an ocean/city getaway!

We have 15 bedrooms all with private en-suites (two with baths). For the most accurate description of our bedrooms and their bed sizes, please see our website.

Check-in: 3pm - 9pm | Check-out: 11am

At the Craft House we hope to inspire our guests and visitors by celebrating many of the exciting and talented local craftspeople, and their workshops, in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. There is a whole host of crafts and experiences available, including glassmaking, willow-weaving, ceramics, metalwork, foraging, baking, cocktail making, haberdashery and many more.

Here, we do our very best to primarily source regional/British products including craft beers, ciders and spirits straight from their wizardry creators! As such, our drinks labels are likely to change, due to most of them being made in small batches, but this is all part of the fun of trying new things!
