If you like your cheese on the melt, this one is for you!
We're looking forward to a relaxing evening of gooey-goodness, enjoying delicious wines and raclette cheese.
Raclette is a semi-firm, nutty and buttery cheese that is mouthwatering when melted then scraped over potatoes, vegetables, and meats. Learn about the origins, traditions and cheese-making process of raclette, followed by a tasting of wines, each chosen for their potential to be the raclette's perfect partner.
The wine tasting will then be followed by a glass of your favourite wine served with raclette and accompaniments.
Please note, the raclette cheese is not vegetarian, we apologise that dietary requirements cannot be catered for at this event.
