About us

Alma Yard, a thriving creative workspace hub in the heart of Plymouth, is thrilled to announce the return of their much-loved Christmas Late, Set against the charming backdrop of the festoon-lit cobbled courtyard, the event is the perfect way to celebrate the start of the festive season.

Step into the world of Alma Yard's creative residents as they open their doors, providing opportunities to purchase one-of-a-kind items and engage with the talented individuals behind the creations, gaining insights into their artistic processes. There will also be a curated market of makers including slow fashion, ceramicists, jewellers & more for an opportunity to support small and shop locally this Christmas.

Expect an array of hearty food & beverages on offer, including Heyl Bakery's legendary mince pies, Minerva Plymouth's festive cubanos, and Signature Strawberries' Hot Belgian Chocolate Melt Pots. Cosy up with a mulled wine & dive into the festive spirit this December.

Nestled in the East End of Plymouth, Alma Yard is home to a community of creatives, retailers, vendors and practitioners drawn to Plymouth’s burgeoning arts scene and holistic view of life. A site steeped in local history, most famously used as a rope factory to a thriving maritime town in the 1800s, Alma Yard has been carefully developed to offer an inspiring environment where professionals can enterprise and create.
