Terms & conditions

1. ​​​​​​There will be one winner who will redeem all prizes. 
2. Any costs incurred over the prize listed above must be paid for by the winner. 
3. Prize is subject to availability. 
4. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged. 
5. To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition form. 
6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.  
7. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry. 
8. Entries close at 11.59pm on Sunday 15 September 2024. 
9. The winner will be selected and contacted within a week of the competition closing. 
10. The winners will be notified direct via the email address or phone number supplied. 
11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
12. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included. 
13. Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth and/or Visit Plymouth and the competition prize provider(s). 
14. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms. 
15. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. 
16. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners. 

Market Hall

• Please use the promo code listed on the front of this voucher to redeem your prize.
• Tickets are only valid at Market Hall, Devonport until the 1st August 2025.
• Valid for 1 x ‘Family Ticket’ only, children attending the show under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. A ‘Family Ticket’ is valid for either 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children.
• Tickets must not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• There is no cash alternative available and tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Real Ideas reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to terminate the voucher at any point.
• You will be contacted by email only, we do not hold any responsibility for any misconduct implemented by fake or fraudulent emails.

St Mellion

• Prize of a 4 Night Midweek Escape is based on a 4 night stay from Monday to Friday in a one bedroom (plus one additional bunk bedroom), turret style or 1 storey cottage at St. Mellion Estate.
• The Midweek Escape must be taken between Monday 9 th September & 31 st October 2024. The Midweek Escape cannot be taken during school holiday periods ~ October Half Term.
• Prize is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other holiday/package at St. Mellion Estate.
• Prize can be upgraded to a larger cottage – relevant charges will apply. Full standard terms & conditions apply
