Local Plymouthian promoters "A Press of Suspects" will be bringing their unique brand of comedy show to the PCA Student Union. With 4 top professional acts booked in and a measly, student-friendly, £5 entry fee, you would be an absolute fool to miss this. It's happening on the 7th February and if goes well there may be more!

The night will be a great mix of comedians with local boy Christian Russell-Pollock rounding things off with dazzling charm and wit.

Willtordian Ballorian Edwardian: A man with a penchant. And that penchant is Owls. He also enjoys being silly. And quizzes. And sing alongs. And Chaos. An energetic and, at times, bizarre performer, an experience not to be missed.

ALF: A gloriously silly and hilarious one-liner prop comic. A multitude of achievements under his belt including: 'So You Think You're Funny' finals in Edinburgh, "Standup for Cider" competition winner, in Devon. In 2018 he auditioned for Britains Got Talent at the London Palladium and received a Standing Ovation from the Judges and the Audience and in 2019 he was a finalist in the UK Pun Championships and the World One Liner Championships. Unmissable.

Suzy Bennet: A born and bred Plymouthian! Former Butlins Redcoat and proud Devonian Suzy 'accidentally' won an award on her 6th gig and has kept the laughs, and her accent, going strong ever since, performing around the UK as well as overseas. She is the voice of the 'Plymouth Trails' Tour app and was recently named as one of the '50 Coolest people from Plymouth' by the Evening Herald (It was in no particular order so she assumes she came third after Dawn French and Wayne Sleep)

Christian Russell-Pollock: A Legend of the Plymouth Comedy scene: smooth, charming and with an arsenal of great material. CRP also founded and runs the Plymouth Comedy Walking Tours.
