The Halloween Trail Terms & Conditions

1. There will be 3 winners each winning one £50 gift card to spend at Smyths.

2. Any costs incurred over the prize listed above must be paid for by the winner.

3. Prize is subject to availability.

4. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

5. To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition form.

6. Only one (1) entry form per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry. 

8. Entries close on 10 November 2024.

9.The winner will be selected and contacted in the week commencing 11 November 2024..

10. The winners will be notified direct via the email address or phone number supplied.

11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.

13. Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth

14. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.

16. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.
