Terms & Conditions

1. There will be one winner who will redeem the prize.

2. Any costs incurred over the prize listed above must be paid for by the winner.

3. Prize is subject to availability.

4. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

5. To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition form.

6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 

7. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry.

8. Entries close at 11.59am on Wednesday 5 February 2025.

9. Winners will be selected and contacted within 7 days of the closing date.

10. The winners will be notified direct via the email address supplied.

11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.

13. Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth and/or Visit Plymouth and the competition prize provider.

14. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.

15. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

16. By ticking the third party consent box on the competition form, data will only be shared with the competition partners as highlighted below

17. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.

1. Based on twin occupancy in a Superior Signature Room (complimentary upgrade).

2. Single rooms and spa treatment upgrades are available for a supplement.

3.Treatments & dinner must be booked when making your spa break reservation.

4. Offer subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

5. Spa break must be booked and taken before 31st March 2025 and cannot be booked during school holidays or public holidays.
