Tinside Lido Terms and Conditions

1. There will be one winner who will redeem the prize. 

2. Any costs incurred over the prize listed above must be paid for by the winner. 

3. Prize is subject to availability. 

4. The season ticket is valid for the 2025 summer season only. 

5. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged. 

6. To enter you must answer the question and fill in your details on the competition form. 

7. The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. 

8. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry. 

9. Entries close at 12pm on Thursday 15 May. 

10. Winners will be selected and contacted within 7 days of the closing date. 

11. The winners will be notified direct via the email address supplied. 

12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

13. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included. 

14. Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from Visit Plymouth and/or Visit Plymouth and the competition prize providers. 

15. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms. 

16. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. 

17. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.
