Welcome to ‘The Clippy‘ by Fletcher’s Restaurant, a beloved vintage bus project from Fletcher Andrews, Chef Patron of Fletcher’s Restaurant in Plymouth, and his father, Martin Andrews. This 1975 bus, lovingly restored and affectionately nicknamed Edith Mary in tribute to Fletcher’s grandmother, promises to deliver an exceptional street food experience with a unique twist.

The 'Clippy' has been retrofitted with a state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with all the modern equipment necessary for a top-quality street food operation. New electrics have been installed to ensure everything runs smoothly, so whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy a meal, service will be quick, efficient, and delicious.

The upper deck is a feature not to be missed, offering seating for up to 20 guests. This makes ‘The Clippy’ more than just a food truck; it’s a unique dining experience.
