1. There will be one winner, to win a weekend bed and breakfast stay for two at Moxy Hotel, and a one-hour harbour cruise for two people with Plymouth Boat Trips
2. Any costs incurred over the prize listed above must be paid for by the winner.
3. Prize is subject to availability.
4. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
5. The harbour cruise is valid for 12 months from 23 July 2023.
6. No cash alternative to the prize.
7. To enter you must fill in your details on the form.
8. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry.
9. Entries close on 5pm on 31 July 2023.
10. Winners will be selected and contacted after 31 July 2023.
11. The winners will be notified direct via the email address or phone number supplied.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.
14. Entrants have the option to opt-in to receive further news from competition partners Moxy Hotel and Plymouth Boat Trips.
15. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
16. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
17. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.
