Meeting Rooms

There are eight function rooms with capacities of up to 300 delegates. All are on the ground floor, with generous amounts of natural daylight, free WiFi, data projection or TV screens, flipcharts and pens, temperature control, blackout facilities, no pillars blocking views, and on-site refreshments and catering.

There are breakout spaces and an outside terrace, which is the ideal place to enjoy the fresh air during lunch or breakout sessions in warmer weather.

Fishbone Restaurant is also at Future Inn Plymouth, serving British food, including an array of delicious fresh fish dishes. The diverse menu features breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, evening a-la-carte, and traditional Sunday roasts. For your convenience, room service is available 24 hours a day, ensuring you can enjoy the offerings at any time.

Accessibility

Future Inn Plymouth, is committed to ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable. The function suites are accessible and on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and meeting spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. There are also fully accessible toilets. Free and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the hotel.

There is a choice of accessible bedrooms. A double with an option to add a sofa bed or a twin with two large queen-sized beds. Within the room, you can expect ample turning spaces. The private bathroom is a walk-in wet room with a lowered sink and towel rail to keep things within easy reach.

Road Directions

Just 4 miles from Plymouth City Centre, Future Inn Plymouth is easily accessible from the M5, A38, A386, and A374. There’s a large car park with ample free parking, and three coach bays are available on site.

The venue is just 15 minutes from Plymouth Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road and outside the hotel.

Future Inns is also a cycle-friendly hotel with an external bike rack, secure storage, and easy access to many local routes.
