We've kept all of your favourite classics, and made a few updates to the menu at Las Iguanas Plymouth. Set to launch on Tuesday 23 April, take a peek at what you can expect on the new menu!

Tasty Tapas

Try the new and improved Beach Cheese; everyone's fave squeaky grilling cheese is now cut into thin fries, and it's more delicious than ever before. And as if our Cheesy Peru Fondue wasn't already incredible enough, you can now opt for a medley of crispy chunks of potato and fried cauliflower bites for dunking.

Try some brand new additions such as the Triple Taco Taxis with your choice of veggie chilli, chipotle chicken or achiote lemon fish, gooey Jalapeño Poppers or Ensalada Asada. Plus there's a new Puffed Corn bar snack, perfect for nibbling while you wait.

Mexican and South American Mains

We've added new flavours and tweaked some of our classic dishes. Some like it hot – and they'll love our fiery Caruru curry, now available for the veggies with butternut squash and jackfruit.

We've also given plenty of our iconic dishes a glow up, so they're bigger and better than ever before. Try ordering your favourite – it might just be even better than you remember!

Saving the best until last, maybe... meet our two new tasting platters, the Taste of Mexico and Taste of Brazil; perfect for when you just want to try everything at once! Pick your country and try a selection of irresistible flavours.

Delicious desserts

Our dessert menu is looking more delectable than ever, with three new additions. Say hola to our latest Chocolate Brownie, smothered in chocolate, dulce de leche and ice cream.

The all-new Margarita Cheesecake blew us away when we first tried it – inspired by our famous Happy Hour, it's served with a zingy lime sorbet and you can even opt for a shot of margarita cocktail on the side.

And any churros fans will lose their minds over the new Churros Sundae, topped with ice cream, chocolate, dulce de leche, whipped cream and candy floss! Sure to satisfy even the most sweet-toothed.

Not forgetting cocktails

The cocktail list is still one of our favourite parts of the menu – and what a list it is. This time we've added 18 new cocktails and 6 brand new non-alcoholic versions, and we can't wait for you to try them!

We're saying hello to some classics such as the Cosmopolitan, Woo Woo and Sex on the Beach, perfect for those who love a bit of nostalgia.

Try something a little more unique like the Wrayning Flamingos, served with candy floss; or perhaps the all new Mezcal Margarita for that authentic flavour of Mexico (plus there's a whole new Mezcal section in the menu if you'd like to know more!)

On top of our existing 7 mocktails, you can now also request for some of your favourite cocktails to be made without alcohol – because not drinking alcohol doesn't mean missing out.
